| Since 1999,Demag has delivered shipping storage cranes to many paper mills around China(nine dragons paper,Lee&Man paper,Chenming paper,Ji'an paper,sun paper,APP and so on),high reliability and efficiency of Demag automatic cranes has been recognized by all customers.Demag automatic crane is composed of mechanical parts,electrical control techniques and warehouse management system,it can store and retrieve the paper roll automatically;it can also manage the roll information together with host system.Demag automatic storage now is playing key role in the paper mill.This paper is based on the automatic shipping storage in Zhejiang Ji'an paper,the overall solution,automatic control system,warehouse management system as well as gripper anti-collision function are studied in detail.During the research of overall solution,through the analysis of the customer site situation of Ji'an paper,combined with the characteristics of Demag automatic cranes as well as some experience from other similar projects,we made an overall solution in line with the situation of customer.During the research of the automatic control system,the control system of the automatic cranes is studied in detail,including the SIEMENS PLC control system,ABB inverter,many kinds of absolute encoder,laser measuring system,BPS measuring system,SIEMENS wireless communication and so on.Warehouse management system is the key part of automatic warehouse.In this paper,we study the technology of data exchange and interface between warehouse management system and automatic cranes,conveyor system and ERP.In China,in order to compensate the elastic deformation of the girder when the crane is loaded(close or equal to rated load),camber is always deigned,it is also meet the camber requirement of domestic crane standard.However,there is no camber required in Europe.The camber will cause some sway on the gripper when the gripper is lowering or lifting and the sway will cause the collision between paper roll and gripper,but Demag Germany didn't consider this problem because there is no camber required in Europe.This paper introduces a way to prevent the sway of the gripper when the trolley is working on the girder with camber.In this paper,application characteristics of Demag automatic shipping storage in domestic market for are fully analyzed.Through the study,I'm more familiar with Demag automatic cranes and hopefully this paper can contribute for Demag Shanghai's independent research of automatic cranes in the future. |
