With the rapid development of computer technology and database technology,the people have been occurred great changes in various fields of life, especially in thefield of education. The computer-aided education has become one of the mostimportant tools in the common day-to-day work of the major schools. With the reformof the institutions of higher learning in China, and a variety of enrollment situation,the occurrence of a significant change, such as Ye da colleague, Radio and TVcolleague, correspondence education colleague, network distance education colleague,and self-study examinations colleague. Therefore, the size of its enrollment rosesharply. The massive rise in the number of students increased teaching load at thesame time and the direct result of the various institutions of higher learning takes a lotof human, financial and material resources in the organization of the examinationaffairs. Therefore, this paper researched and designed the automatic test paper systemwhich based on computer information technology and could improve the efficientdirection of development of the examination affairs, in institutions of higher learningin the teaching process, because a good test paper generation system can accuratelytest teachers teaching results and student achievement.In order to solve the above problems, this paper has researched and designed anautomatic test paper system. Firstly, the paper introduced the research background,research status, purpose and meaning. Secondly, the paper introduced the backgroundtechnology of this system, including common Algorithmic and genetic algorithms.Then, this paper has analyses the universities Examination of automatic generation ofcontent, constructed mathematical model for automatic test paper which has beenbased on genetic algorithms, after careful study, the author of the traditional geneticalgorithm coding, fitness function and genetic operator some improvements, animproved genetic algorithm, is more suitable for automatic test paper system,experiments show that the improved genetic algorithm in the process of automatic testpaper The feasibility and effectiveness. Last detail of automatic test paper systemneeds analysis, to export its business functions, and its functional design and databasedesign, and finally using genetic algorithms and related VC++programmingtechniques to achieve the system by running tests on the system, found automatic testpaper system based on improved genetic algorithm. We can be able to Automatic testpaper which can meet the test paper generation needs and the quality of test paper.
