Most researches and practices both in academic research and in business use emphasize that Agile is better than any traditional software development model(like waterfall,etc.)in nowadays market of software development.A company,a famous enterprise in area of ERP,as well makes Agile as the only standard software development model that all projects should follow.The thesis indicates out the different influence that Agile effects on the different types of projects in A company and breaks the conclusion that "Agile must be better than the traditional software development model" by combining the theory research and real case study of A company.The thesis firstly studies Traditional Software Development Models,Agile and System Dynamic,mainly focus on the analysis of the characters of Agile and concludes the interplay between the characters and the impacts that Agile works on the different types of projects.Finally,an optimum proposal for "how to select the software development model for the projects" is worked out in order to help the projects to shorten the period,to reduce the cost and to promote the quality.In another word,the solution is meant to help A company to get larger profit from the software development projects.An improved process is proposed base on the study of the real cases of software development projects in A company.And the process is transferred to an executable workflow,which is applied to the A companies' new projects.The application result shows that the improved process is able to shorten the period and reduce the cost for the projects in A company.
