Application Of Agile Testing In S Bank Software Project

Agile testing is an important software development methods,it contains the main methods are Scrum and extreme programming.Scrum-based agile testing is the most popular testing technology,by a large number of software companies,especially small start-up companies.This paper first introduces the basic theory of agile testing,focusing on analysis of agile test development model and waterfall development model comparison and the S bank software project based on the application of agile agile testing technology.On this basis,the current situation of the agile testing implementation of the S Bank software project has been improved and optimized.The main contents of the optimization include the agile development organization structure,Sprint meeting form,agile testing process and strategy and agile testing vulnerability management.Finally,the implementation of the project and test quality evaluation analysis.In the research and improvement of the agile test implementation of the S bank software project,my research results are as follows: First,it confirms the feasibility of agile testing based on Scrum in the bank software project;Second,the vulnerability management optimization effect of agile testing Thirdly,through the active exploration of banking software project,all members of the team have a more in-depth understanding of the concept and method of agile testing,and accumulated experience for future projects.Scrum-based agile testing proved to be very suitable for the development of bank software projects,improve the quality of the software to ensure that the software released on time.
