With the rapid development of intelligent wearable equipment and the medical field has gradually attached importance to the intelligentization and portability of its equipment,the combination of medical health and wearable technology has become a trend.Due to the uncertainty and danger during fire emergency process,it's important to carry out health care for firemen,and with the development of the smart site,it is of great realistic significance to get physical condition of the workers and reduce the rate of casualties.In this paper,a glove type body signs acquisition device was designed,which can detect blood oxygen saturation and pulse rate in real time,and sent data to back-end for reminding,so as to show the body signs of the firefighters and workers effectively,and reduce casualties caused by sudden accidents.The article pays attention to the wearability,comfort,accuracy and low power consumption of the device,embeds microcircuit boards and sensors into gloves,collects pulse wave signals at the fingertips by transmission principle,locates the extreme points of the waveform and draws the envelope by difference method to get the DC and AC components,and calculates blood oxygen saturation and pulse rate combined with calibration curve.For hardware design,the circuit area is improved and narrowed by optimizing component layout and reasonable wiring,and the duration of the device is greatly increased by using low-power chips and high integrated components.For software design,using smooth filtering and morphological filtering to remove the high frequency interference caused by arteriole pulsation and baseline drift caused by respiratory movement,and using the dual-tree complex wavelet transform to filter frequency aliasing interference caused by physical movement,thus to ensure the accuracy of signal acquisition.The device can be switched arbitrarily between the normal mode and the sleep mode,it makes a balance between work and low power consumption.The microcircuit module is placed in the back of the glove,the dual light source LED and photoelectric converter are embedded in the rubber material to fix to the fingertip,thereby ensuring the comfort and convenience of wearing.By testing the performance and power consumption of the device,in the state of rest,the average error rate of blood oxygen saturation is within 2%,and the average error of pulse rate is within 5 times/min,and under movement state,the average error rate of blood oxygen saturation is no more than 4%,and the average error of pulse rate is less than 8 times/min,thus conforming to the accuracy of the device.For power consumption,the normal mode power consumption is 79.2mW,and the sleep mode power consumption is 33 mW,which satisfies the low power consumption design.So,the glove type body signs acquisition device designed in this paper is valuable for practical application.
