In today’s society, people pursue the quality of life day by day. The early detection of disease more and more gets people’s attention. This makes wearable health care equipment got the focus of people. Convenient, accurate, stable wearable health care is significant for improving the national health and reducing the burden of individual and society. Heart rate and blood oxygen saturation are two of the important physiological indexes, the continuous accurate monitoring of human body can effectively prevent disease of heart head blood-vessel. At present, Bluetooth low energy(BLE) technology is a comprehensive application, especially in portable devices, the characteristics of its low power consumption appears. Health care equipment with BLE technology, not only greatly reduces the energy consumption of the battery, patients can also easy to use. This makes it closer to the actual test results.In this thesis, oxygen saturation acquisition method bases on the transmission type. Through the latest BLE technology and the high market share iPhone smartphone, it can realize communication. Detecting the heart rate and blood oxygen saturation, the two physiological parameters as the center, design a low-power pulse blood oxygen data collection. Via bluetooth transmission, achieve real-time display, it can analysis of heart rate and blood oxygen monitoring system based on the iOS smartphone.The contents of this research can be divided into three aspects:First of all, complete pulse blood oxygen gathering the hardware circuit design. This design adopts AFE4400 single chip integrated analog front end to achieve the preliminary processing such as pulse blood oxygen signal acquisition, filtering, amplification and A/D conversion. The MSP430F5529 MCU calculation the heart rate and blood oxygen value. Via a serial port sent to the BLE module based on CC2540.Secondly, it realized the heart rate and blood oxygen saturation signal with the wireless data transmission to the smart phones by BLE. With the definition of BLE specification from machine communications protocol, it implements BLE serial port passthrough, so as to realize the wireless communication of front-end module and intelligent mobile phone.Finally, design a complete heart rate and blood oxygen saturation monitoring software that can realize the data display and storage. Mobile client’s main features include:the establishment of the bluetooth connection, data receiving, data of local storage, etc. Realize the long-term monitoring of heart rate and blood oxygen saturation on smartphones.
