Design And Implementation Of E-police Collected Data Processing System

With the rapid development of society and economy, the growing demand for roads and public transport system has been close to the capacity of existing facilities. The intelligent transportation system, which is based on communication technology and computer image processing technology, has become the current trend of traffic management. As a part of the intelligent transportation system, the electronic police system used on the collection and processing traffic violations has played an important role in regulating the traffic and reducing traffic accidents.This article proposed the overall framework and needs analysis of data collecting and processing system of the electronic police system, designed the overall design of the system and detailed design of each functional module, and completed the implementation and testing of the system. This system was based on C/S architecture, mainly for realizing the functions of entering of illegal information, punishment of violations, query statistics and touch screen. The development of system backstage used SQL Server 2000 database management system, and the interface application software was based on Power Builder 9.0.With high practical value, the solution of the electronic police backstage system, based on resolving the problem of the application of the project, has achieved good results in the application of the electronic police system project.
