Research On The Application Of Quality Management In Home Broadband Project Of Bozhou Mobile Co.,Ltd

With the rapid development of mobile communication and "Internet +",China's telecom operators are gradually transforming from traditional mobile phone traffic service to full service mode,and home broadband service has become the focus of operators' development.With the more convenient and efficient access of mobile home broadband service,the quality management of home broadband project emerges as the times require on the basis of network optimization.Combined with the characteristics of the home broadband project construction,the application of network optimization concept plays a vital role in the realization of high-level management of project quality.On the basis of summing up the relevant theoretical research at home and abroad,this paper studies the characteristics of home broadband project and improves the management level of project quality by using the project quality management method and taking the problems existing in the field of home broadband project construction of Bozhou Mobile Company as the breakthrough point.Through the research and analysis,it is concluded that in the process of project construction,Lack of systematic project quality management and other scientific management methods to support the project construction,and from the early,middle and late stages of the project these three key links to re-planning and transformation,for Bozhou Mobile Company home broadband project construction management quality assurance,and through the relevant safeguards to consolidate the implementation of the effect.Firstly,this paper expounds the basic concepts and related theoretical system of project quality management,and briefly describes the content of home broadband network optimization technology.Secondly,taking the home broadband project as a case,the author analyzes the current situation of the project construction process,finds out the main factors affecting the project quality management,and makes the quality management plan,the overall progress of the project and the concrete implementation plan through field investigation and using the project management method.Finally,the project acceptance is adopted to evaluate the implementationeffect of the target,and relevant safeguard measures are formulated according to the implementation situation of the effect,so as to provide a reference for the quality management of the later home broadband project construction.
