The influencing factors of qualitymanagement, human, material, method and environment, to ensure the quality of the project.The paper focuses on the practicality of the project quality management, developspractical quality management measures for specific projects, From the research andsummary for the fifth phase of Liangshan MATNT quality management, this paper isused to improve method for the project quality management and provide a reference forquality management of the communication engineering in the future.
