Intelligent manufacturing is one of the important directions of the smart technology industry.Although the requirements for intelligent manufacturing specific projects vary widely,projects often involve typical stages of planning,design,implementation,operation and maintenance,and include typical links such as production logistics and manufacturing;The simulation technology can play an important supporting role in all the above stages and links.Talent is the first resource,innovation is the first driving force;the intelligent manufacturing industry needs a large number of high-quality professionals,and the training process of these personnel also needs the help of simulation technology and simulation training platform to improve efficiency and ensure effectiveness.Therefore,the research and design of the new simulation training platform for the typical link of intelligent manufacturing has strong practical significance and practical value.For the typical simulation requirements of intelligent manufacturing,Unity 3D was chosen as the virtual development engine.Using software engineering technology to realize the demand analysis and overall design of the training platform,using a series of virtual simulation techniques such as modeling,rendering,light source,steel body,sky box,user interface,collision detection,perspective control,physical system,event management,etc.,complete the overall scene construction,and use C# language to complete interactive function script development.In order to meet the actual situation of the intelligent manufacturing system,the hierarchical control structure is adopted to realize the bidirectional real-time data interaction simulation between the field controller such as PLC and the host computer such as IPC through serial communication,and the engineering effect of the simulation training of intelligent manufacturing related control is achieved.For the industrial robots that are commonly used in production logistics and processing,the robot kinematics analysis is first completed,then the program design is carried out,and finally the basic functions such as robot handling workpiece are realized.Aiming at the increasing use of AGV in production logistics,the demand for optimization of AGV is also increasing.The Dijkstra algorithm and A* algorithm are comprehensively studied to realize the simulation of AGV optimal path: not only the optimal result of the running path is realized.It also realizes the optimization of computing resources through memory occupancy and scene complexity analysis.In particular,in-depth analysis of the platform code,the realization of the memory-saving optimization design,rendering aspects of the use of cone culling,occlusion culling,LOD technology and scene asynchronous loading technology to achieve the rendering effect and memory resource occupancy of the global optimization.Finally,the system is tested in combination with a relatively complete intelligent manufacturing system simulation example.Laboratory verification and trials in some vocational colleges show that the intelligent manufacturing typical link simulation training platform researched and designed in this paper has good technical comprehensiveness and good training effect,and can play a good role in the field of intelligent manufacturing training.
