At present,Cloud Computing has been widely used in various scenarios such as individuals, businesses, and governments. The application of Cloud Computing has optimized the efficiency of resource utilization greatly and has reduced the cost of enterprise and government to be informatized obviously. The development of Cloud Computing has provided some resource usages that are different from traditional solutions for individual users. In the open source domain, due to robustness and outstanding advantages in community size,OpenStack has become the factual standard for IaaS.However, the installation and deployment process of OpenStack is complicated. How to use OpenStack efficiently has become the problem.Under this background, the cloud management system was developed based on OpenStack. This system consists of a front-end developed using the SSM framework,a back-end with OpenStack deployed, and REST API used to connect front-end and back-end.This system can help users to deploy and use OpenStack conveniently. This paper begins with the development of Cloud Computing, and then introduces the related technologies applied in this research, and then describes the design and implementation of each module in this system. The design and implementation include analysis of requirements, system design and system implementation. In the end, this paper summarizes gains and the prospects of how to continue this research in the future. The significance of this research is that this system will reduce the difficulty for users to deploy and use OpenStack. This cloud management system provides users with a graphical interface which will free users from the cumbersome command line. This system allows users to use the simple operation to automate the deployment of OpenStack and apply it to actual production.
