Construction And Applications Of A Cloud Platform Based On OpenStack

Cloud computing is a new computing paradigm in recent years from grid computing and distributed computing.It brings great changes to the traditional way of distributing compute resources and delivery method.Since that big data brings outbreak in cloud computing in an efficient data processing,low-cost resources attracted widespread attention and support from the industry,the major companies have also launched a cloud computing platform.But now it seems OpenStack whether it is from the angle of management or the application point of view,is still not perfect,is embodied in the following aspects: the lack of monitoring function,corresponding to the various resources in cloud platform cluster expansion relies on the manual deployment configuration,error prone and low efficiency,OpenStack offers only the construction of Iaa S(Infrastructure as a Service.Infrastructure as a service)the ability and the lack of Paa S(Platform as a Service,the implementation of the platform as a service).The main contents are as follows:(1)First of all domestic and foreign research status and background of cloud computing related fields conducted an investigation and summary system,analyzes the development of cloud computing advantages and features,while the core of cloud computing technologies were involved in depth analysis.(2)In this paper,the characteristics of cloud computing on OpenStack technology development and core components were studied and experimental platform based on OpenStack cloud.The platform can be calculated through the server cluster resource pool unified control,monitoring and scheduling,through virtualization of the computing resources to users whenever they need.(3)Do the research of OpenStack-based virtual machine migration technology.To migrate virtual machines from one physical host to another host.(4)Research cloud-based Network experimental platform.Using Click Router software router technology to simulate a virtual machine as a router,to build a Overlay network on top of multiple virtual machines.Through the functional and performance tests,the successful implementation of the test case and all the way to the success of the experiment,verify the reliability of the network protocol,and finally confirmed that the click platform can become a complete software router,and highly efficient and orderly work.
