Research And Application Of Sharing Economy Platform Base On Block Chain

The sharing economy has developed rapidly in recent years with the rapid development of the Internet and the affluence of social idle resources.It is an important force in market development.The sharing economy is a peer-to-peer transaction model between users.Symmetrical and transparent information is the key to successful transactions in the transaction process.In the traditional market,transaction data is managed by the platform,and the transaction cannot be open and transparent and cannot be tampered with,which causes trust problems between the supply and demand sides.The proposal of blockchain technology can solve some of the above problems,but it cannot solve the problem of synchronization of online transactions and offline transactions,and the fairness of transaction disputes.The paper takes shared housing as the representative,in order to solve the above problems in the sharing economy,analyzes the business process and market demand in the traditional housing sharing market,and proposes the design and implementation of a shared housing trading platform based on blockchain.The thesis discusses and studies the problems of user identity and house identity authentication that cannot be solved by blockchain,and the fairness of adjudication transactions and improvement measures.The specific work content is as follows:1)The blockchain is used in the design of a shared housing transaction platform,and smart contracts are used to design a safe and reliable transaction process to realize the freedom and credibility of transactions,removing the traditional platform's control of information.2)Introduce PKI system to authenticate user identity and listings,use smart contracts to expand account functions,design a dual-authentication token model,and improve the PKI authentication process to place accounts and listings on the blockchain Identities and real entities are bound to ensure the security of the transaction process and solve the trust crisis in traditional applications.3)Introduce and improve the DPOS consensus mechanism into the housing sharing platform The neutrality and fairness of the process,and the security and complexity analysis of the algorithm ensure the feasibility of the algorithm.4)Use the open source Ethereum client Geth to build a blockchain network,build a smart contract through the Truffle framework to encode the housing sharing platform,deploy and test in the blockchain network to verify the feasibility of the design.
