Research On Knowledge Service Of Provincial Science And Technology Information Institutions From The Perspective Of Sharing Economy

With the advent of the era of big data,Modern digital technologies such as the Internet,big data technology,artificial intelligence,and information and communication technology change with each passing day,Modern civilizations such as human consumption thinking and methods,social concepts and norms are advancing with each passing day.The sharing economy has emerged in people's vision and changed people's lives in a whole new way.It uses 2(erson-to-erson)approach and uses a sharing platform as a carrier to fully contact individuals with idle resources,so as to fully utilize and share resources.In today's era,the concept of green economy,sustainable development and environmental protection has become popular.The concept of “light assets”is also increasingly strengthened,and more and more people“do not want to own but only use.” The introduction of the sharing economy model and concept by scientific research intelligence agencies can not only reduce production and operation costs,improve resource utilization,but also provide enterprises,individuals and scientific researchers with more efficient services.Some science and technology intelligence agencies have started to build innovative cloud service platforms.A certain effect has been achieved in the use of large scientific research equipment and scientific and technological innovation.Therefore,from the perspective of the sharing economy,the article investigates the relevant service content,knowledge service platforms,cooperation methods and other parts,reflects on the inadequacies and puts forward corresponding suggestions.The article uses literature research method,network research method,case research method,inductive synthesis method and other methods.On the basis of elaborating the characteristics,operation mode,characteristics and development overview of the sharing economy,the paper pointed out the opportunities and challenges faced by provincial science and technology intelligence agencies from the perspective of the sharing economy.Secondly,it conducted a survey on the open sharing situation of knowledge service platforms,knowledge service content,and knowledge service methods of provincial science and technology information agencies from the perspective of the sharing economy,and analyzed the problems and causes they faced.Due to the rapid increase in the number of users of shared platforms,the difficulty of applying traditional regulatory concepts,the imperfection of trustmechanisms,the constraints of the service system of provincial science and technology intelligence agencies,and the rise of commercial knowledge service platforms,leading to the emergence of open shared knowledge service platforms with security guarantees Issues,knowledge service efficiency to be improved,knowledge service methods to be expanded and innovative series of problems.Finally,put forward corresponding strategies for the shortcomings.Mainly include strengthening user relationship management and building a knowledge-sharing cluster culture,forming a multi-party collaborative supervision model between the government and the platform,continuously improving the trust mechanism,optimizing the knowledge service system of provincial science and technology intelligence agencies,and constantly innovating knowledge service methods to improve competitiveness.
