The new retail is a new retailing model supported by big data and Internet of Things technologies,which combines online,offline and logistics.The General Office of the State Council had repeatedly pointed out that the new way of innovation and reform of bricks-and-mortar retailers in many conferences and opinions reports,and the bricks-and-mortar retailer service innovation is the top priority of economic reform and innovation transformation.In particular,relying on the big data,the cloud computing,the Internet of Things and the mobile terminal applications,with new models,formats and technologies,we will spur production,marketing and management on traditional retailing industry models,reconstruct consumer scenarios,optimize market supply demand,and improve Circulation efficiency.Through the user-centered service design and innovative experience,we will study the common problems of the existing supermarket system,in order to improve the shopping experience of supermarket users in the new retailing era.The content of this paper is the design of supermarket service system in the new retailing era.By studying the background and theoretical explanation of related topics,the existing supermarket system model was analyzed from the perspective of service design.Based on the user journey map and service blueprint,the survey analyzes the user's demand location,creates a user portrait,and analyzes the digital touch points,physical touch points and interpersonal touch points in the system according to the supermarket user journey map.Combined with the service methods of supermarkets,stakeholders map and other service methods,the supermarket service system construction elements including the functional dimension,the experience dimension and the value dimension in the era of new retailing,the personalized service in a user-cente competitive situation,the visual optimization of data technology information,the emotional branding of consumer demand and the innovative design strategies to build the decentralized consumer scene reconstruction service system are proposed.This paper aims to solve the supermarket service experience in the new retailing era and provide a certain reference.
