Research On User Adoption Behavior Of Internet Of Things Technology In Logistics Industry

With the rapid development of information technology,the development of modern logistics through the Internet of Things technology has become the trend of the times.In the current era,the circulation of the logistics industry in the world has become a common phenomenon.The emergence of the Internet of Things can effectively solve the problem of low efficiency and high cost in the logistics industry.Some studies have found that the success of logistics companies' new information technology.At a large level is the speed of the new technology used by the user and the number and size of users adopted.The logistics enterprises in Zhengzhou Airport Port have developed rapidly in recent years,but the logistics IoT construction of logistics enterprises and logistics parks is slow and the degree of informatization is low.The user application is poor,which restricts the development of Zhengzhou Airport Economic Zone.This paper takes the logistics enterprises in Zhengzhou Airport Port as the survey object to study the factors of users adopting the Internet of Things in the logistics industry.Firstly,the paper summarizes the logistics industry's IoT overview and technology acceptance model,clarifies the research context,and clearly studies the background and current situation.The research model is built on the basis of previous studies,and TAM is combined with classical models such as TRA and TOE.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the status quo of logistics enterprises in Zhengzhou Airport,fully consider the technical background,modify the original model,increase the security,individual innovation and convenience conditions,and construct the Internet of Things technology model.The questionnaire was collected and analyzed by questionnaires to verify the main factors affecting the adoption of the Internet of Things by users of logistics enterprises in Zhengzhou Airport.The quantitative research is based in part on the optimization data,and the assumptionsin this paper are validated by the structural equation model.The specific conclusions are as follows: Taking the logistics enterprises in Zhengzhou Airport Port as the survey object,the security,convenience and subjective norm of the application of the Internet of Things,the individual innovation has a positive effect on the user's attitude;the security,the subjective norm has the usefulness of perception.Significant positive impact;personal innovation,convenience,and significant positive impact on perceived usefulness;ultimately,the results of data analysis are discussed and management implications are presented.
