Port,as the key node of international trade and international supply chain system,plays a more and more important role in the competition of international market and the development of regional economy,with the globalization of economy and the globalization of e-commerce.It can not only directly affect the economic development of the city,but also to promote the development of the hinterland industry,and the hinterland of the port can not only provide a continuous supply of output for the port,but for the port to digest its imported goods.In recent years,with the manufacturing capacity upgrade and the development of electronic commerce,the production mode of the enterprise gradually becomes small,diversified and ready.These changes directly result in the reduction of port utilization and operation efficiency.In addition,some uncertain dynamic factors,such as the failure of vehicles,the change of climate and so on,have brought great challenges to the management of port hinterland LogisticsIn this paper,based on the background of "port hinterland" logistics in Jiangmen,study the problem of the pick-up and delivery between the port and its hinterland.We firstly analyze the difficulty of this problem,and then qualitatively put forward the corresponding information framework and scheduling mechanism,establish the mathematical model and propose the corresponding algorithm quantitatively.The research content mainly includes the following aspects(1)This paper expounds the present situation of the port hinterland logistics system,and analyzes the problem of the pick-up and delivery of the goods between the port and the hinterland under the change of the mode of production of the enterprises in the hinterland,finds the solution of the problem.(2)In view of the difficult of the pick-up and delivery between port and its hinterland,this paper designs the logistics information architecture of the port hinterland,which is supported by the Internet of things technology,and puts forward the 3T(Three-stage,Twophase,Three-layer)dynamic synchronization mechanism.(3)In order to solve the vehicle scheduling and route planning about port hinterland logistics,this paper establishes the model of route planning and vehicle scheduling,and uses genetic algorithm for solving the model is proposed.(4)In the last,an example is given to analyze the feasibility of the proposed method by Matlab R2014 b software.In addition,the comparative analysis is given about synchronization and non-synchronization effect under the changes of the tasks...
