Archiving And Preservation Of Weibo Information

From the theoretical research and practice of Weibo information archiving and preservation,scholars all over the world have unified their understanding that Weibo information archiving and preservation must move from theory to practice as soon as possible.They believe that Weibo is a record and reflection of social life and has preservation value.Overseas archiving of Twitter information has been systematized,systematized and standardized;domestic archiving of government Weibo has also changed from pilot to standardized,and has carried out archiving and preservation projects at the national level.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current situation and problems of Weibo information archiving and preservation,and to construct countermeasures to promote the further development of Weibo information archiving and preservation in China.Based on the investigation of administrative Weibo,comprehensive archives and personal Weibo,this paper comprehensively analyses the situation of each archiving subject,the object of preservation,the archiving methods adopted by each subject,as well as the status quo of laws and standards.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that Weibo information is so special in digital information because of its social media characteristics that there is still no systematic archiving and preservation mode,and there are many problems in practice.The main problems in the archiving and preservation of Weibo information are the weak sense of archiving and the slow development of archiving work;the interactive characteristics of archiving objects lead to the difficulty of archiving and preservation;the technical level of archiving and preservation needs to be improved urgently,which needs to promote the automation and long-term preservation of Weibo information archiving through technical improvement;and finally,the rules and standards of archiving and preservation.It is imperfect,which affects the standardization and standardization of Weibo information archiving and preservation.In short,the archiving and preservation of Weibo information is a complex and systematic project.Before carrying out the archiving and preservation work,we need to learn from the mature experience at home and abroad,and make a thorough discussion on the subject selection and object characteristics,method selection and laws and standards in current practical projects.Through the analysis of these current situation and problems,we should first raise the working consciousness of each archiving and preserving subject,promote each subject to actively carry out the archiving and preservation of Weibo information,conduct in-depth analysis and mining of Weibo information,standardize the elements of its archiving and preservation,rationally and normatively confirm the collection scope of Weibo information,and determine the scope of metadata archiving in view of Weibo information archiving.The technical requirement of archiving is high,so we should actively develop automatic collection technology and real,usable,complete and safe preservation technology.We should also promote the construction of special laws and regulations for the archiving and preservation of Weibo information and the standardization of Weibo information archiving from the national level,so as to promote the systematic,standardized and standardized development of Weibo information archiving.Through the above targeted countermeasures,we can solve the theoretical and practical problems of Weibo information archiving and preservation,and promote the development of Weibo information archiving and preservation.
