Research On The Preservation Of Web Information Resourses In The Perspective Of Archive

The rapid development of the Internet led to the surge in the number of sites and the increasing types. According to the Chinese Internet Network Information Center published a report called "China Internet development statistics report" shows, up to the December of 2014,the number of sites of domain name registration in the territory of China is 3350000, the annual growth is 4.6%,this report publishes every six month; in addition to the news websites,government websites and other websites, all kinds of web forms emerge in an endless stream.This leads to different kinds of information carrier forms, information in the form of Webpage becomes a common phenomenon.From the view of archive science, a lot of information carried by many sites is t-he original record of the social activities from different social institutions, organizatio-ns and individuals, the information with the original records, have the property and t-he value of archives, so archive departments should study t-he collection and preserva-tion strategy of these informations, it is the need to strengthen the archives voucher value, information value, reality value and long-term value, but also the need of prese-rvation of digital heritage and the need to improve the service level of the archives department. The average life cycleof the webpage is short, the content of the website iscomplex,so the collection and preservation of Website information is the purpose of t-his study. The arc-hive department preserve Web information resources is to preserve our historical,cultural heritage and our human memory, this is the significance of this research.The experience of archival departments provide a reference experience for the pre servation of website information,archival science theories provide a strong academic su-pport.The first chapter of this paper discusses the present situatio-n of domastic and a-broad,the objective,the significance and the innovation of this paper; the second chapt-er made the standards of the collection of Web information resources,the information should be the original records,should have certificate value,shoud be social,historical an-d cultural,then according to the standard established the range;The third chapter expla-ins the necessity and feasibility of the archives department to carry out these tasks; t-he fourth chapter discusses the problems from the archive department,for example,the legal, technology, funding and other issues; the fifth chapter puts forward some corres-ponding countermeasures,including clearing the collection issue,information security ris-ks,legal countermeasures, development deep web information resources, establishing eff-ective cooperation pattern, new technology application.
