People's lifestyle and entertainment means are changing dramatically under the background of mobile internet.Short video,due to its fragmented content and easy access to a series of characteristics,has very important practical significance for alleviating modern high-pressure,fast-paced life.Unlike long videos and general graphics information,short videos have quickly won the favor of a large number of users because of their short and concise content and flexible presentation.Based on the theory of use and satisfaction,this paper studies the use and satisfaction of tremolo APP by means of literature research,questionnaires,in-depth interviews and other methods.Questionnaire survey and statistical analysis were conducted on the basic information,frequency of use,participation tendency and preference of content selection of tremolo APP users.The content of tremolo APP short videos and the types of creative subjects were summarized.The former includes five modules: face value,technology flow,music funny,life and teaching.The proportion of face value and music funny types is particularly high;the latter can be divided into three major modules: creation,imitation and participation.The proportion of imitated type is especially high.In-depth interviews were conducted on the satisfaction of trembler APP users,and the audience's use satisfaction was analyzed from the aspects of entertainment,cognitive,emotional and social needs.It was found that the audience's entertainment needs were gradually replaced by psychological needs in the process of using trembler APP.In cognitive needs,users collected information,knowledge and understanding through trembler APP platform.It can promote users to browse various entertainment videos;in terms of emotional needs,dither APP short video platform solves users' emotional needs that they want to be respected;in terms of social needs,dither APP uses a variety of communication methods,such as user praise and comments,to solve users' psychological needs of social interaction;in terms of business needs,it expounds the satisfaction of dither APP to business needs,as well as dither users.The commercial value of Chinese advertisers,platform big V and Xiaozhong Nethong.At the same time,aiming at the four shortcomings of tremolo APP: uneven video content,personality algorithm pushing to form information cocoon room,obvious tendency of pan-entertainment and audience transition satisfaction leading to indulgence,this paper puts forward the overall idea of optimization and improvement: in internal management,constantly improve the audit system,strengthen supervision;in external user guidance,establish a good sense of content creation,and actively guide.Therefore,it can occupy a place in the fierce competition of short video industry.Specific suggestions include strengthening supervision,revising push algorithm,enriching content levels,and establishing anti-indulgence mechanism.
