The article takes Byte dance and Tencent News as the research objects.This two Internet companies who develop from personalized recommendation.As we log on Byte dance and Tencent news through different accounts and by pushing content attribute classification,source attribute classification,so through this phenomenon confirmed that the personalized recommendation news App consist the problem of information cocoon,and the difference degree of their cocoon.Through the analysis of the causes of the information cocoon house according to the internal and external environment,in the Internet era of information explosion,information fragmentation information characteristics;personalized information consumption trends,social consumption essence and homogenization of consumer information platform by the "public" to individual users;psychological factors,active selectivity,such as the user's psychology;the development of technology,to provide users with large data accurate portrait,the limitation of the recommended algorithm.All these provide the possibility and inevitability for the emergence of personalized news client information cocoon housing.The analysis of the social and personal effects on the phenomenon of the information cocoon.Social impact focuses on reducing social cohesion,social violence and social security.Personal influence focuses on people's cognitive bias,distrust of information and technology dependency.Through analysis of the causes and effects,this paper puts forward resolution path to solve the information cocoons phenomenon of personalized recommendation news App generated from the follow four aspects,the first one is the advancement of technology has boundary uncertainty,the second one is combination of manual control and intelligent screening,the third one is upgrade platform to meet information opportunities,and the last one is improving media literacy of netizens.
