Three Major Newspapers Report On Pregnant Women And Doctors(2008-2018)

In recent years,with the emergence of negative news such as “sewing anus”,“the death of pregnant women in the Third Hospital of the North Hospital” and “the maternal jumping of the Yulin”,the relationship between pregnant women and patients has been continuously concerned.The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is one of the high-risk departments of medical disputes.The fetal policy has stimulated fertility,and the relationship between pregnant women and doctors has become sensitive and challenging.Lack of poor medical knowledge,fertility reports and guiding microtypes have become obstacles to the easing of maternal and child-related relationships.The paper takes "People's Daily" "Southern Weekend" and "China Youth Daily" as the main research objects,and analyzes the samples from the aspects of the number of reports,the topic of the report,the construction of the topic,the source of the news,the position of the report,the narrative technique and the form of the report.There are four characteristics of maternal and child-related relationship reports:more reports on maternal production methods;three major newspapers consciously avoid aggravating social conflicts,and social responsibility is increasingly prominent;in major maternal news events,maternal and their families Humanistic care is weak;the reporting framework for pregnant women in different media is significantly different.On the basis of summarizing the above characteristics,this paper points out the main problems in the current report on the relationship between pregnant women and doctors:the general report on the relationship between pregnant women and doctors is less and not taken seriously;the medical disputes of pregnant women are more likely to cause continuous reports;Southern Weekend Biased criticism,the other two major newspapers have model problems;pregnant women and their families have less voice;the media has not played a good communication role of pregnant women and their families and doctors;maternal fertility and medical health knowledge reports are insufficient.And deeply explored the reasons behind these problems,mainly because of the inherent weakness of the pregnant women group,the discourse power is weak;the medical disputes report is more likely to cause concern;the differences between the three major newspapers and magazines and the news concept and the report The popularity of production knowledge is ignored.In view of the problems reported in the relationship between pregnant women and doctors and their causes,this paper proposes the following optimization suggestions:attach importance to the influence of news media on the relationship between pregnant women and doctors;balance the report,diversify the content;rationally set the agenda,report more urgent "humanization" Build a public dialogue space,pay attention to the voice of pregnant women and their families;focus on fertility knowledge and medical health knowledge.
