Traditional marketing methods mainly adopt advertisement and telephone marketing to tap potential consumers.It will cost a lot of human resources and capital to achieve market goals.There are some drawbacks,such as inaccurate targeting of consumers and low marketing efficiency.Telecom operators have the natural advantage of big data.Because of its huge user groups,perfect data resources and powerful data processing capabilities,it can change traditional marketing strategies by modeling large data applications,analyzing and mining potential value hidden in large data.However,operators have high sensitivity to big data,which leads to the widespread concern of the society and the national attention on the use of user data.Therefore,the protection of user information security has become the key to the use of data,how to achieve the premise of ensuring user information security,reasonable use of large data operators has become an important issue of this paper.This paper takes the application of credit card promotion project of an investment group as background.This paper analyses in detail the user information security problems that may arise in the process of using big data.It has planned a perfect solution for user information protection for the use of large data of operators.Firstly,in the process of using user data by operators,if user data appears in the form of full data,it is easy to cause data leakage.In this paper,traditional data desensitization algorithm is proposed to desensitize user data.The masking of personal privacy data such as user's name,ID card number,mobile phone number,address and so on.Under the premise of guaranteeing users' information security,the operators' big data should be used reasonably.In addition,a user data security tamper-proof method based on MD5 algorithm is proposed.Prevent the user data from being attacked and tampered with,and ensure that the data is correctly settled with the business of both parties.The validity and validity of the algorithm and method proposed in this paper are verified by the simulation test of data desensitization and MD5 encryption.Secondly,the main platform scheme based on user information protection is designed.Under the overall principle of "data does not go out" put forward by operators,all data used are provided to customers after desensitization treatment.Operators are responsible for large data modeling,and complete the deployment of AI voice robot platform,cloud switchboard platform and precision marketing platform system.Customers submit tasks by delegation.Using AI voice robot to complete outgoing call task and further complete user intention subdivision.In order to intentionally send link short messages to users to guide users to complete online business processing,or through manual customer service to guide users to complete offline business processing.Finally,through the modeling analysis and testing of specific precision marketing projects,the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed scheme are verified.
