The rapid development of mobile Internet technology has given birth to the arrival and development of the era of big data.Nowadays,5G technology has become more and more mature,and the commercial application of 5G technology is coming.At that time,a large number of data will flow in.As the provider of these data transmission pipelines,communication operators have incomparable advantages over other industries in data acquisition and utilization.Rational use of these data to mine and analyze large data,build a large data platform,build a user portrait system of operators,and then analyze the needs of users,personal interests and hobbies,more personalized and more accurate marketing services for the operation of telecommunication operators have great significance to optimize the transformation.Firstly,this paper analyses the significance of the construction of user portrait platform based on big data to the development of operators from the aspects of the application situation of operators in the field of big data,the data advantages of operators and the marketing strategies of operators,and then makes a comprehensive introduction to the related technologies applied in the construction of user portrait platform and the label system of user portrait.Finally,the basic structure and result analysis of large data user portrait system of operators are given through the study of specific technology implementation scheme.The research focus of this paper is to study the user portrait system of operators based on big data technology.Combining the CS domain signaling data,PS domain IP packet data and user CRM data provided by operators,this paper studies the dimensions of operator user portrait,and divides the operator user portrait platform into several independent units,such as data acquisition,data storage and data analysis,using the corresponding large data technology to study the implementation of each sub-unit.On the basis of user data aggregation,the system can process multi-dimensional data of operators' users,form user portraits,and realize the related functions of precise marketing and personalized services.Finally,based on the user portrait platform of operators studied in this paper,the user data of operators are analyzed.This paper analyses the user's mobile phone use behavior and user's consumption behavior,and then illustrates the application value of this research in operators' precise marketing and personalized services,and provides effective suggestions for operators to carry out precise marketing.
