In order to meet the development of mobile communication, there are a large number of communication base stations in urban and rural areas. It is particularly important to evaluate the electromagnetic radiation in the area according to the distribution of communication base stations. There is a great correlation between the number and spatial distribution of base stations in an area and the mobile Internet traffic in the area. The larger the traffic, the more intensive the base station distribution and the greater the electromagnetic radiation. However, there is no method to evaluate the electromagnetic radiation according to the traffic situation and the base station distribution in the area.On the other hand, operators usually plan the base station distribution on the premise of satisfying the user's communication quality, and the user's communication quality is often reflected by SINR(signal-to-interference-noise ratio)in the region. At present, there is no method to study the electromagnetic radiation of the base station in the region by SINR and base station distribution in the region. In view of the above problems, the main work and innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper presents a method of electromagnetic radiation prediction for regional base stations based on mobile traffic.Firstly, the area and height of characteristic buildings are acquired from remote sensing images, and then the Poisson point process model is established according to the relationship between mobile traffic and the number of base stations in the region. Finally, the electromagnetic radiation prediction value in the region is obtained through the location distribution of base stations. In this paper, the proposed method is tested and validated in different regions. Finally, the prediction value of base station electromagnetic radiation is compared with the actual measurement value. The average absolute error between them is 2.64%~3.37% in the selected three test areas. From the data,it can be seen that the proposed prediction method can effectively evaluate the base station electromagnetic radiation in the region.(2)This paper presents a method of electromagnetic radiation prediction for regional base stations based on SINR.Firstly, this method establishes an optimization model between SINR and the number of regional base stations, then calculates the specific number of base stations in the region when SINR is under different limits according to the population situation in the region, then obtains the specific location of base stations in the region by combining the adaptive grid optimization method, and finally obtains the prediction value of base station radiation from the formula of farfield power density. In this paper, the proposed method is tested and verified in three regions. In different regions,SINR takes 1dB,3dB and 5dB,respectively.The error between the number of base stations calculated in the region and the actual number of base stations is the smallest. The average absolute error between the predicted and measured values of electromagnetic radiation of base stations is less than 5.25%,which shows that this method can be applied to the electromagnetic field of regional base stations in practice.Accurate radiation prediction.
