In recent years, scholars attached great importance to environmental science, they vigorously carry out scientific research in the field. At the same time the electromagnetic environment problem have also attracted the attention of the public. As the man made electromagnetism radiation pollution increased constantly such as the widely using of large electrical equipment, high-voltage transmission, mobile communication base station, which made the electromagnetic environment getting worse. So at 21st century the electro-magnetic environment worsens has past the point of no return. The seriously worsened electromagnetic environment not only interfere the function of electrical and electronic equipment, but also endanger people's health.Since the society progresses and communication technology develops, the mobile communications business is developing rapidly which totally changed the way both of work and life. In order to increase the sensitivity of receive unit, more and more mobile communication base station are emerging in cities, especially in some densely populated areas such as residential area, CBD, school and even some terrace of high-rise construction. As a result of above, the electromagnetic radiation effect has paid more and more attention by people.Combined with the project "Effect study of high frequency electromagnetic exposure on the electro-magnetic environment of buildings" from Chongqing University, this article has done below research and work:Summarized the related content of shielding effectiveness of electromagnetic after consulting lots of literatures. Use the method of FDTD to establish the model of reinforced concrete for building and calculate the shielding effectiveness to get the shielding rule of steel meshes, concrete structural walls and reinforced concrete structural walls. Analyzed the feature of mobile communication base station antennas, and analyzed the effect of electromagnetic exposure environment on environment, and also monitored the base. Use VC++ to develop the analysis software of the electro-magnetic environment surrounding the buildings, which can achieve the forecast of effect from electro-magnetic environment through mobile communication base station antennas.
