With the development of the mobile communications industry, it has brought people’slives, work and learning great convenience, and has become an important tool for people inthe information society.To ensure that all users in a cell can receive a more stable signal, ithave built more and more communication base stations of mobile communicationcompanies. At the same time, the intensity of electromagnetic radiation in space is alsogrowing. The number of people exposed to strong electromagnetic fields is increasing,causing more and more people attach great importance to the electromagnetic radiation anddisputes also often appear. Therefore, how to qualitatively and quantitatively estimate thestrength of electromagnetic radiation, to determine the effects of electromagnetic radiationon the human body, has a strong practical value.At present, the commonly used communication base station electromagnetic radiationresearch method is mainly aimed at the maximum transmitted power or transmission ofelectromagnetic wave attenuation. It did not consider the mobile communication signalfeatures and not reflect the communication base station electromagnetic radiation levelwith the change of voice communications. In this paper, the background of mobilecommunications electromagnetic radiation environmental assessment, from mobilecommunication base station antenna transmission power change with traffic and time slotallocation, and so on. We put forward the GSM and TD-SCDMA communications basestation electromagnetic radiation prediction method, and based on GSM and TD-SCDMAbase station field measurements, which proved the accuracy of prediction methods.Main work is as follows:(1) In terms of GSM base stations and electromagnetic radiation level prediction,based on the theory analysis and the actual deviation,we obtain the real-time transmissionon power value with parameter.Then based on that the traffic presents Poisson distributionpropose prediction methods of electromagnetic radiation which based on fitting of trafficPoisson distribution parameters and the pulse signal transmitted power of the combinationof GSM base station and. Comparing predicted values and measured values shows that theGSM base station electromagnetic radiation prediction method based on traffic is ideal.Prediction values can match the actual electromagnetic radiation measurements very well.(2) In terms of TD-SCDMA base stations and electromagnetic radiation levelprediction, through the TD-SCDMA key technology’s analysis、in-depth understanding oftime-division duplex and research of the channel characteristics of TD-SCDMA, combing3:3,2:4,1:5and the three channel configuration of smart antenna gain; we derive and calculate three different channel allocation situation of TD-SCDMA communication basestation transmission power value. Channel configuration in accordance with thehypo-dispersion, combined with Friis transmission formula derives TD-SCDMAcommunication base station electromagnetic radiation forecasting methods. By comparingthe predicted value, proves the validity and correctness of the prediction method.
