Nowadays,with the rapid development of social economy and the rapid development of technology,mobile Internet technology is changing faster and faster.Because of the need of work and life,the frequency of mobile phone replacement is also increasing.Smart phone sales market keeps high fever.In the current environment,the distributors of mobile phones are different from each other,and continue to expand their market by innovating brands,lowering prices and promoting sales.At the same time,along with the deepening of Internet marketing,the sale of Internet channels has also grabbed the last part of the mobile retail market.In the face of the increasingly severe market environment of mobile marketing,if we go out of the sales dilemma and make a brilliant future in the rapid development of mobile phones,it becomes a problem that the mobile phone marketers need to consider and face.In this paper,in the discussion of the ways and means of mobile marketing,this paper is innovative to stand in the perspective of consumers and judge the marketing strategy of the mobile phone seller from the perspective of their mobile phone selection.Among them,literature analysis,expert comment,questionnaire survey and other severe means are adopted,especially the sample of the Wuhan citizens as questionnaire survey,and the analysis of the consumer buying behavior through the questionnaire survey,and the SWOT analysis as the main analytical tool for the advantages,disadvantages and opportunities of the company.With the threat of comprehensive risk,combined with the six factors affecting the consumer demand,the distribution proposed the corresponding sales strategy proposals,standing on the perspective of mobile marketing agents,given the direction of future development planning.The first part of the paper mainly introduces the basis of argumentation,gives analysis tools,and combines with the latest research results both at home and abroad,and makes a theoretical foundation for the discussion.The second part of the paper focuses on the analysis and research of consumer behavior at home and abroad.The main reasons for this study are based on the analysis of consumer behavior,and use the mobile agent as a point.The following will lay the groundwork for the scientific and technological companies as the focus of research.The third part is to analyze the marketing channel of mobile phone based on the analysis of the consumer line based on the questionnaire.We will analyze the macro environmental policies and identify the internal causes through questionnaires.The fourth part:the SWOT strategic analysis of the brand mobile marketing,taking the mobile sales agent as the starting point of the research,finding the advantage through the SWOT comprehensive analysis method,and finding the shortage.Finally,it is concluded that the mobile phone marketer should optimize and perfect the price,product structure,innovation,after sale,channel and so on,to find the final conclusion of the breakthrough,and summarize the full text of the discussion.
