In recent years,global broadband business is developing rapidly along with WeChat,VR,Super TV,IPTV and other emerging industries.China Mobile,China Telecom,State Administration of Radio and other major domestic operators have recognized that solving the new demand for broadband access network has become one of the most urgent tasks to meet the explosive growth of telecommunications services.As the market-oriented competition become increasingly fierce,the broadband access network technology has developed from the mainstream ISDN technology,XDSL technology,Epon technology,to GPON(Gigabit-capable Passive Optical Network)technology,which is gradually accepted by many operators.At present,the development of GPON access technology is becoming more and more mature in China,it is the latest generation of broadband passive optical network access technology,it can achieve a further transmission distance,higher bandwidth,it can provide a full-service competition scheme with spectral characteristics,and it can effectively solve the bandwidth bottleneck of twisted-pair access to meet the needs of users for high-bandwidth services.At present,there are many problems in the network of China Mobile Tietong Lanzhou Branch,such as the serious aging equipment,serious resources,the realization of business is also seriously outdated.China Mobile Tietong Lanzhou Branch mainly uses ADSL way to access,it adopts the cable way for transmission mode,which is expensive,difficult to maintain,easy to break,and the network fault point is not easy to find after the damage,and because of the speed bottleneck of ADSL technology itself,it has been unable to meet the needs of users,this limits the development of the entire company.About China Mobile Tietong Lanzhou Branch GPON Network Transformation Program,at present,we are using a large number of GPON technology to replace ADSL access mode.With regard to GPON access implementation scheme of China Mobile Tietong Lanzhou Branch,this paper discusses in detail the way of transforming the original ADSL mode into FTTH access mode and FTTH optical fiber,using the project of GPON connection network in Tian He Yuan District and point building residential district as examples.Based on GPON technology,this paper takes GPON technology to realize community broadband access as the research object,and puts forward the design scheme of FTTH mode light change community of China Mobile Tietong Lanzhou Branch on the basis of in-depth analysis of GPON system structure,related protocol,working principle,application of access network and its key technology.This paper introduces the whole process of realizing broadband access in cell based on GPON technology,and carries out a profound study OLT and ONU/ONT data opening,fault handling,user information management and other work of the Lanzhou Branch,and finally establishes a complete set of implementation plan,and it is successfully replicated between the company's machine room staff.It has laid a solid foundation of the GPON Network Transformation Project for China Mobile Tietong.
