Research On Archives Information Service Based On SoLoMo Theory

With the rapid development of social media and the Internet,to today's distribution channels and service mode information society has brought enormous changes.Social media has occupied the leisure mode of the people with its unique openness and interactivity.Archives as an important part of national public cultural service system and the main distribution center of social core archival information resources,in order to realize the social value of the current archives resources and expand the social influence of the archives,the information service work of the archives should also adapt to the rapid changes in today's society and the awareness of users gradually waking up,archives should actively change the way of information services,and satisfy User's file requirements.In February 2011,John Dour,the partner of KPCB(Kleiner Perkins Caufield&Byers)venture capital company,proposed the SoLoMo marketing model for mobile Internet.The key words of this model are So-social(Socialization),Lo-local(Localization),Mo-Mobile(mobile phone),these three words combine to form a new Internet service.Meanwhile,the archive information service under the SoLoMo mode is to establish a mutual connection between the user and the archives by means of intelligent terminals,the user can obtain the information service of the archives anytime and anywhere to enhance the diversified service mode of the archives.The article is mainly composed of six chapters,namely:Chapter 1: The introduction part,explains the background of the topic selection,domestic and foreign status,research value and research methods.Chapter 2: Explains the concepts related to SoLoMo and archives information services.Chapter 3: Summarizes the way and value of SoLoMo concept applied to archives information service.From the three aspects of social,local and mobile,it introduces its specific application in the archives information service and expounds the value of its application.Chapter 4: Summarizes the current status of archives information services,from theinformation service capacity building and information services path construction,through the statistics of the actual situation of the archives,affirming the construction results,but also pointing out the inadequacies of its construction.Chapter 5: According to the shortcomings,the paper puts forward the strategy of carrying out information service in the archives under SoLoMo environment,and proposes from the four aspects of collection resource structure,mobile service platform,social media mode and user information security.Chapter 6: The conclusion part summarizes the overall situation of the article.
