With the progress of science and technology and the change of life style,the forms of self-media have become richer,“eating and audiovisual broadcasting” has received great attention.Compared with the traditional live broadcasting,the “eating and audiovisual broadcasting” programs have been edited as a video after being recorded and edited into a video to meet the needs of people fragmentation life.In order to make “eating and audiovisual broadcasting” programs to have a huge market,we must rely on the whole “eating and audiovisual broadcasting program” programs industrial chain to analyze each link so that it can promote the healthy development and highlight its own value.Based on the analysis of the background and present situation of “eating and audiovisual broadcasting” programs,and combined with the representative cases of "eating and broadcasting" at present,this paper analyses different types of "eating and broadcasting" programs to excavate the value of each link,and explains the reasons for the prevalence of "eating and broadcasting" programs by using industry chain theory,audience psychological motivation theory and "5W" communication theory.Secondly,based on the relationship between supply and demand of the development of “eating and audiovisual broadcasting” programs and the relevant theory of industrial chain,the content producers,communication channels and audiences are analyzed,focusing on the relationship between them and the status quo.Finally,based on three aspects,this paper explores the problems of "eating and broadcasting" programs and puts forward suggestions for improvement.This paper studies the “eating and audiovisual broadcasting” program from the perspective of industrial chain rather than separating each link in isolation.And this paper analyzes the operation and development direction of it from a more macro perspective,and analyzes the principles that need to be grasped.This paper is one of the research directions of applied communication.As an interdisciplinary research,it uses the theory of industry chain to analyze the "eating and broadcasting" program,in order to provide reference for the "eating and broadcasting" program industry and academic researchers.
