Before the digitalization warehouse project, the deliver center warehouse of Jiangmen Frigorifico Co., Ltd. was managed by handwork. It could neither distinguish the batch of storage goods nor optimize the slot configeration, so the first-in–first-out policy can't be performed when getting goods from warehouse. Therefore some goods was kept in the warehouse so long time that it affected the corporation benefit badly. The tridimensional warehouse is a high-efficiency, great-capacity and informational warehouse system, composed of high tridimensional shelf, conveying equipment and computer control. For developping the third party physical distribution and realizing moden management, Jiangmen Frigorifico Co., Ltd. built a tridimensional warehouse, and founded a real-time, high-efficiency, exact, simple-operation, modem warehouse management information systemThis paper is based on the warehouse management system project of Jiangmen Frigorifico Co., Ltd. It studies and discusses the problems and key technologies in the design and implementation of system. At first the paper studies the design and impletementation of the hardware circumstance of tridimensional warehouse. The design built the wireless LAN application platform with the modes of switching in the wireless LAN and bar-code scan technology of wireless hand terminal; made AP switch in warehouse exchanger by lineate method to get in lineate LAN of the corporation, and joined the wireless LAN into lineate LAN by the wireless hand terminal communication to AP with protocols.Based on the effective hardware circumstance, the design divided the system into three subsystems: wireless LAN system, bar-code management system and WMS. The system took the wireless LAN, Bar-code and remotion calculating, and Winsock technologies to build server and client programs to realize data transfer between three subsystems, also took these three subsystems closely combine to work availably and rapidly. These three subsystems are designed and implemented on the slotting optimization and warehouse management. There are several operation flows to be performed: receiving goods operation flow, stocking and receding flow, operation of lifting goods to the shelf, carrying goods out of warehouse to sell, withdrawing of selling, operation of getting goods down from the shelf.Finally the paper discusses the slotting optimization problem in the tridimensional...
