With the continuous development of Internet of Things technology and the flexibility and convenience of wireless sensor networks in intelligent control,Internet of Things sensor devices are widely used.In the application of the IoT sensor device,due to the variety of sensors,the hardware devices required to be driven are also different,resulting in complicated wiring and unfavorable management when the sensor terminal module is used in a large amount.In this paper,the special connection and simplified wiring of sensor modules under the environment of IoT technology and wireless sensor network is taken as the research background.The design of a set of structures is designed with low power consumption,low cost,intelligent identification sensor type and sensor-specific connection.Small,compact,reliable,low-power sensor-specific plug-in module for low-power operation,one-button intelligent networking,sensor-specific plug-in,intelligent identification sensor type,real-time data acquisition,real-time monitoring data,data storage Management and other functions.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Overall system design of the system.The system of the sensor-specific plug-in module is analyzed as a whole,and the overall scheme of the system is determined by the working principle of the system,the system architecture of the Internet of Things and the expected design effect.(2)Hardware system design of the sensor-specific plug-in module.By studying the hardware system function of the sensor-specific plug-in module,the minimum application system of the system chip,the universal board and the sensor-specific plug-in module are designed,and the corresponding test board is made to verify the stability and low of the hardware system.Power consumption performance,intelligent identification of sensor modules,and sensor-specific plug-in.(3)Software system design of sensor-specific plug-in module.According to the functions required by the whole system,ensure the reliability,stability and friendliness of the whole system,and design the relevant software program according to the actual structure of the hardware system.The system software program includes the system communication protocol program,the general-purpose board module module program,and the sensor-specific Plug in the module program.(4)Set up hardware and software test platform for system function test and data preservation management test.Firstly,build the hardware test circuit board of the sensor-specific plug-in module,burn the designed software program into the test circuit board,and then perform intelligent networking test on the sensor-specific plug-in module at the test site,sensor type automatic recognition and sensor abnormality.Feedback test,environmental data acquisition test,data wireless transmission test,etc.,test node accuracy,stability,power consumption performance,dedicated plug and intelligent recognition effect,and finally save the collected data,easy to trace the data management.
