Motors are the key transmission equipments in the industrial field.In order to ensure the safety of the motor during its operation,it’s necessary to detect and maintain it.At present,most of the maintenance methods are in the stage of "planned maintenance".These methods have the shortcomings of excessive or insufficient maintenance,and will waste a certain amount of manpower and material resources.The maintenance mode of the motor is currently changing from "planned maintenance" to "conditional maintenance".Therefore,it is very important to monitor the running status of the motor in real time.Aiming at solving the problems of poor data transmission capability of traditional motor monitoring systems and poor stability of traditional physical servers,this paper proposes a motor remote monitoring system based on Internet of Things technology,cloud server technology and 4G technology.The motor remote monitoring system is divided into two parts:the lower computer acquisition and transmission system and the motor monitoring cloud platform.Firstly,researching the failure mechanism of the three-phase asynchronous motor.In view of the need for remote monitoring of the working condition of the motor,the performance and index requirements are determined according to the failure mechanism.And selecting hardware according to system function and index requirements.Finally,the overall framework design of the system is carried out according to the system function and hardware model.Secondly,researching the key technologies of the motor monitoring cloud platform.The key technology of the acquisition and transmission system of the motor monitoring lower computer is researched.The lower computer acquisition and transmission system is equipped with temperature,current,rotational speed and vibration sensors through the main control module,which realizes the collection of the motor case temperature,stator current,rotational speed and axial vibration data,and uses the median filter method for temperature,current and rotational speed data.The average filtering method has a good filtering effect,effectively reducing the gross error,and setting an alarm function for the case temperature,stator current and speed according to the motor failure mechanism.The main control module is equipped with an EC20 remote transmission module.The module establishes a connection with the cloud server through the TCP protocol,uses wavelet transform to compress the vibration data with a large amount of data,and uses the MQTT protocol to send the monitored temperature,current,speed and vibration data to the cloud server to overcome the problem of poor data transmission capability of traditional motor monitoring systems,suitable for more complex work scenarios and greatly improve the range and speed of remote transmission.Then,the motor monitoring cloud platform is composed with two parts: cloud database and Web UI interface,which are installed in the cloud server.Using cloud platform can solve the problems of poor stability and easy environmental interference of traditional physical servers.The data collected by the lower computer acquisition and transmission system is sent to the cloud data storage and display platform through the 4G network.After analysising,it is stored in the cloud database and transferred to the Web UI interface in real time.Then users can view data and waveform graphs on the web interface.The web interface is also equipped with functions such as threshold alarm,past data viewing and downloading;the interface also has a login function,and two types of administrators and ordinary users are set.The administrators’ authority is higher,and the information of ordinary users can be managed through the background,which improves the security performance of the system.Finally,the wireless remote monitoring system of the motor running state is also tested to monitor the temperature,current and rotational speed of the motor,and use the acquisition card to monitor the corresponding data at the same time.The motor working data obtained by the two methods are compared,and the error rate is less than 2%,which meets the monitoring indicators required by the system,and verifies the feasibility of the scheme in this paper.
