With the continuous deepening of economic globalization,the people's spiritual and cultural needs are growing,and cultural and creative products have emerged.As the center of archives and cultural resources gathering in China,the archives also faces the spiritual and cultural needs of people with archives as the carrier.The development of archives and cultural creative products has become an important topic in the development of the times.It has outstanding theoretical value for the summary,reflection,innovation and development of the archival culture creative product development model.Archives and cultural creative products are spiritual consumer products based on physical products.Through the process of extracting,transforming and attaching archival elements,they form cultural products and services that are easily accepted and accepted by modern people.The development of archival culture and creative products must adhere to the people-centered and socialist core values as the guiding principle,and social benefits should be given priority.It can be found that the development of the archival culture creative product development model is a process of historical change.It has undergone reform and opening up in the mid-1990 s,the mid-to-late 1990s-the 18 th National Congress,the 18 th National Congress,and the 3rd stage.Its development model can be roughly divided into four types: the independent development mode of the archives and interior departments,System development model in cooperation with other archives departments,Joint development model in cooperation with the historical and cultural departments,Extensive participation in other relevant industries and regions of the community to assist in the development model.From the current point of view,China's cultural and creative product development model has achieved certain results,the awareness of archival cultural and creative product development has gradually increased,the number of cultural and creative products has gradually increased,and the influence of cultural and creative products has continued to expand.However,there are still some shortcomings,the outstanding performance is not widely used,the total amount of products is far from enough;the editing and research is heavy,the product types are very single;the innovation is not enough,the product creativity is obviously insufficient;the division of labor is faulty,and the industrial structure is extremely rough.The reason is mainly because the concept of archival cultural creative product development is lagging behind,the lack of security,the backwardness of technology,and the low quality of personnel.Relatively speaking,some countries in the world,such as the United States,the United Kingdom,and France,have accumulated many typical experiences in the development model of archival cultural and creative products,which have important reference value and inspiration for China.From the perspective of domestic and international needs,it is very important to further improve the construction of the archival culture creative development model.The first is to improve the policy system and strengthen the protection of archives intellectual property rights;the second is to integrate the collection resources and expand the width of the industrial chain;the third is to drive the development of the industry and extend the length of the industrial chain;the fourth integration into the industrial cluster spreads the industrial chain from the point of view.The innovation of this paper lies in the systematic research on the effectiveness and problems of the archival culture creative product development model based on telephone interviews,network research and literature reading.On the other hand,taking the development of archival culture and creative products as the research perspective,through analyzing the status quo of its development model,it puts forward the practical path of perfecting the development model of archival cultural creative products,thus providing corresponding theoretical foundation and realistic basis for the follow-up research.
