The rapid development of e-commerce has promoted a large number of private express delivery enterprises. At the same time,it has gradually exposed many problems in the current express delivery industry, such as disorderly competition, serious homogenization, unreasonable layout of outlets, and high distribution costs. In particular, the problem of terminal distribution is more prominent. In order to seize the consumer market and improve distribution efficiency, many express delivery companies have set up a large number of end distribution nodes in the same service area, resulting in serious high cost and external uneconomic phenomena.Coupled with the impact of some special e-commerce festivals and undetectable emergencies on the terminal distribution network,it directly affects the quality evaluation of express delivery services. Therefore, many domestic express delivery companies have tried to use the common distribution concept to the end of the express delivery process, integrate and reorganize the existing express delivery resources to build the terminal common distribution network. The aim is to solve a series of problems such as high delivery cost, low distribution efficiency and uneconomical outside the city at the end of express delivery from the root cause, and provide stable service guarantee for the healthy development of the express delivery industry.Under the premise of analyzing the research status of the domestic and international terminal distribution mode of express delivery, combined with the actual operation mode of the terminal delivery of China's express delivery enterprises, the motivation of the formation of the terminal common distribution of China's express delivery enterprises is deeply analyzed. Then, based on the analysis of the influencing factors of the construction of the terminal common distribution network of the express delivery enterprise, the main contents of the construction of the terminal common distribution network of the express delivery enterprise are proposed, which provides guarantee for the network construction and its subsequent operation management. On this basis, the terminal common distribution network of the express delivery enterprise is constructed with the node layout as the focus.Firstly, the social network analysis theory is used to quantitatively analyze the structure of the express delivery network, and the importance of each node in its network is considered. Then, combined with the network operation economy and network invulnerability,a multi-target location model of the terminal common distribution service center of the express delivery is established and solved by genetic algorithm.By exploring the impact of node centrality, network operation economy and network invulnerability on the layout of the terminal common distribution service center of the express delivery, the number of construction, the best location, the corresponding delivery path and service area of the terminal common distribution service center in the network are finally determined. The conclusions show that some nodes themselves have incomparable superiority in their network structure. At the same time, the cost minimization and network invulnerability optimization are the dual targets to the layout of the terminal common distribution service center, which is more stable to the whole network. The empirical analysis also verifies this conclusion.Based on the network structure analysis, when the network invulnerability and operational cost are relatively balanced, the network structure of the terminal common distribution network of the express delivery enterprise is tighter, the network stability is better, and the operating costs of the network are also more reasonable.
