In recent years,China's express delivery industry has ushered in a period of great development.Along with the increasing demand and diversity in the delivery of express delivery,a series of problems such as timeliness and cost in terminal distribution have also become increasingly prominent.Terminal distribution,which is closest to customers and accounts for a large proportion of costs,has gradually become the most important business link for express delivery companies and also a business link that needs to be improved.In this paper,the research scope of last mile is extended from the client outlet to the nearest transit site.Firstly,the distribution network route from the transit site to the client outlet is optimized.Based on the actual investigation and the actual situation of the customer,a new terminal delivery optimization model that separates the direct delivery part and the self-pickup part is assigned.Finally,a hybrid genetic tabu search algorithm is designed to solve the model.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,by reading a large number of literatures and data of express industry,the paper systematically analyzes the development status and distribution mode research of express terminal network at home and abroad.Combined with the current industry development,the author summarizes the problems of low network connection efficiency,larger node values,and unbalanced regional development.Then,based on the congestion of the express network caused by the new festival,in order to optimize the distribution network from the transit site to the client outlet,a congestion control model that meets the minimum connection cost and expected capacity of the network is constructed.Secondly,through a one-month on-the-spot investigation of a express company in Lanzhou,the data of the express delivery business of Chengguan District,Anning District,Qilihe District and Xigu District is used as the example data,and the greedy algorithm is designed by MATLAB program.The network optimization structure for different expected capacity of the network is obtained,and the bottleneck nodes are found out.Specific measures are taken to improve the processing capacity of the bottleneck nodes,which alleviates the network congestion to a certain extent.Finally,in the delivery operation,taking into account the customer's corresponding demand for delivery and self-pickup mode,and the parameter data such as the proportion of the customer's initial choice of delivery or self-pickup mode and the distance-dependent transfer ratio function,a new terminal delivery optimization model that separates the direct delivery part and the self-pickup part is constructed,and a hybrid genetic tabu search algorithm is designed to solve the optimization model.The satisfactory solution of the objective function is obtained through multiple iterations,and the path planning of the customer group distribution,delivery and self-pickup modes of the terminal network service is also determined.The results show that the increase of the self-pickup mode ratio reduces the total cost of distribution operations to a certain extent,but considering the factors such as satisfaction and distribution efficiency,the self-pickup mode ratio should be controlled between 0.4 and 0.6,this not only controls the operating costs to a lower level,but also makes full use of the direct delivery mode to increase the depth and dimension of customer service and improve customer satisfaction.
