Express business is the new rise of logistics services.In the process of theaccelerated development of the global economy, enterprises in the market face greater,more severe challenges in all kinds of business behavior. The competitive market ischanging, the customers demand is different from the consumers, and all of that haveput forward higher request to the services. To reduce cost and to improve efficiency,using complex network theory to optimize delivery network gets more and moreattention. The express company will adopt different optimization method according todifferent services, because there is contradiction between the distribution efficiency andthe cost. How to meet different constraint conditions at the same time as well as toachieve the lowest shipping cost, which may make a change from the extensivemanagement to the fine management gradually, are of great significance to the survivaland the development of the enterprise.In the article, the fact that there are complex networks in the express distributionnetwork is the research content, and we used the shortest path problem algorithm as theresearch methods to study the issues involved. The article can mainly be divided into thefollowing several aspects: first, in view of the existing fact that branches and transitcenters can influence the distribution layer, the article which is guided by the theory ofcomplex network established the first super network model; second, we respectivelyconsidered the practical problems existed in the dimension of organizational managementand the dimension of business management, after that, we used mathematical modelingmethod to found a model and proposed the optimized scheme; third, according to the realexpress sevices,for example "up to3days",we added time threshold to be considered. inthe promise of the distribution efficiency, and to optimize the cost, we established amathematical model and get the optimal solution that can meet the conditions throughmathematical derivation;forth, to meet the purpose of the models, we respectivelydesighed preliminary algorithms for my models, improved the existing algorithms anddesigned new algorithms for practical problems; at last, we analysed the enterprise actualdata through model validation and get the conclusion, proved that the new models weresuperior in both the cost and the efficiency of the company.
