The rapid development of e-commerce has led to the rapid prosperity of the logistics industry.The Internet e-commerce platform has launched various activities to stimulate the shopping desire of consumers,which sets higher requirements for logistics and distribution At the same time,the burst of the shared economy has triggered a series of changes that have brought the concept of sharing deep into the hearts of the public and that shared logistics has also begun to enter people's perspective and arouse people's attention and thinking.City distribution as an important logistics and distribution logistics sharing mode,developed rapidly in recent years,by sharing people's free time to meet the growing demand for distribution.On the one hand for the logistics enterprises to provide a new direction of development,on the other hand to solve some of the employment problems.Based on this.this paper tries to combine courier delivery with city distribution,using online platform to issue courier delivery orders and registering couriers through express delivery system.On the one hand,it can alleviate courier companies' problems in "Double 11" and "618" On the other hand,through the consolidation of delivery orders.the distribution route is optimized to increase the income of delivery staff and improve the delivery service quality.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects(1)The combination of intra-city distribution and express delivery network under the background of sharing economy.Starting from the actual courier delivery network,the city distribution model under the background of sharing economy is integrated into the research of courier delivery to build a courier delivery network that is in line with the actual conditions,hoping to enhance the efficiency of the courier delivery network and increase the income of the courier And order orders,ease delivery pressure on delivery,so delivery service levels have been improved.(2)The distribution area of the terminal logistics distribution network based on K-means clustering algorithm.The principle based on K-means clustering algorithm is studied and applied to the distribution of express delivery area.First,the geographical data and demand of general distribution area are collected.Then,taking into account the location and load of each node,K-means clustering algorithm divides the delivery area,reducing the amount of data and difficulty of an optimization,making the algorithm optimization more efficient and faster.(3)Construction and solution of VRP model of express delivery network based on city distribution.This paper analyzes the characteristics of city distribution and combines it with the actual situation.Referring to the traditional VRP model,the VRP model of express network based on city distribution is constructed.Finally,the genetic algorithm is improved to adapt to the actual situation in this paper,and then the model is solved.(4)Jingdong Dada logistics case analysis.The same city distribution company Dada-Jingdong to the home as a case study object,collect data related to research companies,combined with practical problems and models,using Matlab software programming,the data collected into the model for solving,analysis and comparison of the results obtained Related conclusions.(5)Through the combination of building model and actual background,this paper proves that city distribution can be integrated with express delivery.The number of optimized delivery agents decreases and the income of distribution staff increases.This shows that this combination has produced Very good result.And as the time window changes,the results of the model are also changing,and the quality of service can be improved.This paper does not study dynamic distribution network optimization,but lays a solid foundation for the aynamic distribution network optimization in the future.The research results of this paper enriched and perfected the theories and methods of the existing research,provided new ideas for enterprises and had important application value.
