Optimization Of Delivery System For Y Express In Xingtai City

The improvement of social and economic level and the expansion of the express market have promoted the rapid development of the express industry.As an important part of express delivery enterprises,the distribution system with perfect functions and high efficiency can improve the operation efficiency of express delivery enterprises and reduce operating costs,which is of great significance for express delivery enterprises to improve market competitiveness and expand market scale.In this paper,Y Express Xingtai urban distribution system as the research object,on the basis of the current situation of Y Express Xingtai urban distribution system research,in-depth analysis of the existing problems of the distribution system,to find out the factors affecting the operation efficiency of the distribution system.In this paper,aiming at the unreasonable distribution of business network,after the merger,cancellation and construction of business network,the center of gravity method and mixed integer programming method are used to relocate the business network,so as to optimize the layout of business network and improve the rationality of business network layout.To solve the problem of unreasonable distribution path,a mixed integer programming model with the minimum cost time window was established,and the genetic algorithm and MATLAB were used to optimize the distribution path of Y express in Xingtai urban area,so that the distribution path of Y express in Xingtai urban area was scientific and reasonable,and the distribution efficiency was improved and the distribution cost was reduced.In view of the non-standard on-site management of the distribution center,6S management method was operated to optimize the on-site management of Xingtai Distribution Center from six aspects of sorting,rectification,cleaning,cleaning,literacy and safety,and improve the on-site management level of the distribution center.The research content has certain guiding significance for improving the operation efficiency and reducing the distribution cost of Y Express in Xingtai urban area.
