With the maturity of computer technology,network information transmission technology and information management technology,laboratory business data processing and laboratory transaction management have entered a new development model.For a business-supported laboratory,a large amount of data is generated all the time.The efficiency of the manual laboratory in the past is not only extremely inefficient,but also a large number of manual errors in the manual processing of experimental data,reducing the accuracy of the test results.At the same time,due to the lack of proper storage and management of information,the laboratory business has not been well developed.The birth of the LIMS combines the management of the laboratory with the business,which not only reduces the management cost of the laboratory,but also greatly improves the accuracy of the experimental results,and streamlines the laboratory's business processes,and maintains a good relationship with customers.Based on the understanding of the laboratory management system,the system development will use the multi-layer structure of B/S under.net technology to separate the UI layer,the business logic layer and the data access layer,and logically divide the system into detection service modules,resource management module,quality system control module.The inspection business module realizes the automatic circulation of the information of the inspection business.The laboratory resource management comprehensively manages the information of the laboratory equipment,employees,suppliers etc.The quality system module establishes the security defense system of the laboratory.After joining the project,the author participated in the system database design,put forward constructive opinions on the database table information structure design,and assisted in the system architecture design.In the system development realization stage,the author realized the automatic transmission of the experimental result data,based on the work.The flow mechanism realizes the process management of the laboratory testing business.The laboratory resource management module realizes the comprehensive management development of the laboratory staff,equipment,customers,standard documents and other information resources,realizes the development and design of the quality system module.Functional testing and performance testing of the above modules were performed during the system testing phase.At present,the system has been operating stably in the laboratory environment,meeting the expected requirements of the laboratory,reducing the cost of laboratory management,improving the efficiency of the laboratory,and greatly improving the laboratory test results.
