2017 is a year of rapid development of artificial intelligence.Intelligent service robot is a field of artificial intelligence and an important task of the development of national artificial intelligence.From wooden cattle running horses to modern robots,the continuous progress of artificial intelligence technology has made breakthroughs,and it is expected to guide a new technological revolution and bring new and deeper influences to the fields of politics,economy,law,ethics,and so on.And its various problems also lead to negative voices,such as the sharp criticism of technology pessimists.The technology of intelligent service robot is in the initial stage,the popularity of robot is not high,and the intelligence of every country The research on service robot is still in the exploration stage.With the deepening of the international research on the application regulation of artificial intelligence society,the robot,especially the intelligent service robot,is developing rapidly and widely used.The importance of ethical regulation of intelligent service robots is increasingly highlighted.Taking the development of artificial intelligence as the macro background and intelligent service robot as the research object,this paper discusses the concept definition of intelligent service robot and the development of intelligent service robot at home and abroad.This paper analyzes the social application of intelligent service robot,analyzes the social problems and causes,and probes into the path of social regulation of intelligent service robot development.The thesis is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which briefly summarizes the research background,research significance,research status,research methods and innovations of intelligent service robots at home and abroad.The second chapter introduces the development of intelligent service robot.Firstly,this paper briefly describes the development of artificial intelligence,including concept definition,development vein and hierarchy.Then the development process of intelligent service robot is introduced,and the development process of intelligent service robot at home and abroad is simply combed.The third chapter introduces the social application and positive social influence of intelligent service robot.First of all,the main social application fields of intelligent service robot are briefly described.In the social application,for home service robot,medical service robot,public service robot,educational service robot,The future development trend of entertainment service robot is briefly introduced.Secondly,the positive influence of intelligent service robot on society is analyzed.The fourth chapter introduces the social problems caused by intelligent service robots and their causes.This paper introduces the social problems caused by intelligent service robots from four aspects:social unemployment,industrial competition,difficulty of government management and ethical confusion,and analyzes the causes.The fifth chapter mainly introduces the social regulation of the development of intelligent service robots.Countermeasures are given from four aspects:promoting the technological innovation and industrial development of intelligent service robots,perfecting the policy and management of intelligent service robots,cultivating professional talents of intelligent service robots,and strengthening the social ethical norms of intelligent service robots.
