Based on the high-speed development of computer science,Internet,Internet of things and big data in recent years,the study and application of artificial intelligence technology set off a new climax,constantly changing people's traditional lifestyle,and bringing great convenience to people's work and life.However,some practical legal issues and hidden trouble in the future legal system,which are difficult to solve with the existing legal provisions,have been caused by the social application of the artificial intelligence at the same time.As to the current statutory law system,it is also difficult to adapt to the social environment of the artificial intelligence technology in the future.How to implement the legal relief for the current legal issues such as accidents caused by autonomous vehicles,medical accidents caused by surgical robots,violations of personal information caused by data-mining and so on,which need the definitude of its legal property,is a challenge for the current legal norms.The hidden trouble in the future legal system,which is caused by future development of artificial intelligence,the future strong artificial intelligence and super-artificial intelligence,will form a big bang of social intelligence.Its intelligence level will be infinitely close to or even far beyond the human.Since the production speed of social new things is accelerated constantly,the current statutory law system will gradually demise because it cannot meet the needs of the society.Human needs to take measures to deal with the legal system crisis that they may meet with.According to the study,these problems and crisis can be solved or dissolved step by step through the proactive work of human.The measures,including issuing judicial interpretations for the artificial intelligence technology,strengthening the industry regulations and security education,studying the new law,regulating the principle law of technology development,will play a certain role in solving the problems caused by the social applications of artificial intelligence in current and future.They can also avoid the emergence of the crisis,and the artificial intelligence technology can be applied to serve the progress of human society.
