Research On Intelligent Library Service Based On Intelligent Robot

With the arrival of the artificial intelligence era,the first proposal put forward by the prime minister's Government in March this year suggested that the new kinetic energy should be developed and strengthened in 2018.We will enlarge and strengthen emerging industrial clusters,implement the development of big data,strengthen the research and application of new generation artificial intelligence,promote the"Internet+" in the fields of medical care,pensions,education,culture,sports,etc..We also need to develop smart industries and expand smart life.After entering the era of artificial intelligence,the library will shoulder this mission,and the functions of the library should keep pace with the times.The research on robot librarians is the effective ways to realize the service of the library in the new era,and highlights the mission of disseminating the knowledge of science and culture.We must use cutting-edge technology and services to provide readers with quality cultural services.The library is the storage center of literature and information.It faces a large number of repetitive work,such as circulation,classification,sorting,storage and handling of books,which greatly expends the energy and time of the librarians.In order to improve the service efficiency of librarians and meet the diversified needs of users,the library is actively transforming intelligently,which puts forward higher requirements of the technical equipment and operation mode.How to apply intelligent robots to the daily management and service?How to reduce the amount of labor and improve the work efficiency of librarians?Which are issues that need to be solved in order to build a smart library.This study mainly expounds the development of the smart library,basic theories of the library and related technologies of robots,it also discusses the application status,function utilization,and the service model of smart robots in the smart library.In view of the related problems,the paper designs the service model of the smart library based on the intelligent robot,which mainly consists of four aspects:the management of different book models,question answering system,corpus construction,and the cooperation of human and machines.The paper takes Nanjing University as an example and discusses the service of smart library in Nanjing University.It also tests and analyzes the function and effect of intelligent robots in the construction of the smart libraryThis paper is divided into six chapters.The main contents are as follows:the first chapter is the introduction.It mainly expounds the background,significance,main research contents and ideas,research methods,related concepts and the research overview of intelligent library at home and abroad.The second chapter is the basic theory of Library and the related technology of intelligent robots.These contents have laid a foundation for the following research.The third chapter is the analysis of the application and service status of robots in the construction of the intelligent library,including the analysis of seving status,investigation and research of application and service requirements of robots in the intelligent library.The fourth chapter is the realization mode of intelligent library service based on intelligent robots designed by the author,including the overall structure and supporting systems in all aspects.The fifth chapter is the case of artificial intelligence in the smart library.This chapter takes the construction of the Intelligent Library of Nanjing University as an example.This thesis tests and analyzes the function and effect of intelligent robots in the construction of the smart library.The sixth part summarizes the conclusions and insufficiency,it also looks into the future development of intelligent robots in smart library services.
