Since the media era,the speech information of non-governmental organizations and individuals has subverted the traditional media's hegemonic power over the media resources,and participated in the construction of the network image of online car-hailing,which made the problem of the media image of online car-hailing more complicated.This paper starts from the five dimensions of "release time","published subject","reported topic","report bias" and "sense judgment and keyword frequency"of WeChat article,and analyzes the media image of online car-hailing:There are positive media images such as "upgraders of transportation services","promoters of the sharing economy" and "practitioners of environmental protection”,as well as negatives such as "disruptors of market order" and "disregarders of safety supervision".Media image,at present,the media image of online car-hailing is shifting to the negative.In the analysis of the WeChat main body,it was found that online car-hailing image created by the media,the taxi from the media and the government new media is quite different from the image of online car-hailing modeled by all the samples in this study,but the audience The cognition and construction of the media image of online car-hailing is almost the same as that of online car-hailing image presented by all the samples.The formation of the negative media image of online car-hailing is not only related to the problems existing in online car-hailing itself,but also related to the expression of the WeChat explosion.In terms of thinking and suggesting,it is necessary to dialectically understand the image of the network of the car,and to understand the advantages and disadvantages.The optimization strategy mainly starts from the media,government and enterprises.
