In the wave of the Internet Age,Traditional industries are gradually combined with the Internet to change our lives.People's travel mode is closely related to the Internet.In 2012,the new way of "Online Car-hailing" has entered the life of Chinese people.Due to the convenience of online car-hailing service,users can easily solve the travel needs.Since its birth,it has attracted many users quickly,and has made rapid progress.With the birth and development of industry,enterprises have accumulated a lot of data.In these huge and complex data,there is a wealth of user behavior information.The enterprise wants to win the opportunity in the fierce market environment,has the powerful competitive power,needs to have the accurate,the timely from these information excavates the data behind the law and the value ability.Through the summary,analysis and deep understanding of user behavior data,effective marketing strategies can be worked out to enhance user experience and core competitiveness.In view of this situation,this paper mainly designs and implements the user behavior analysis system of web based on the data generated by the online car-hailing.The system mainly uses the B/S architecture,uses the way of PHP+MySQL+WEB,supports the connection between MySQL/Solr/oracle/mongodb database and database,and realizes data fusion,so as to solve the problem of data analysis difficulty and improve the efficiency of data management in the background of large numbers of data.The functions of this system are based on the actual needs of the industry,and the analysis functions of the user funnel analysis and the user retention analysis are realized on the basis of the key points of the user behavior analysis.The system also uses RFM model and clustering algorithm to realize user characteristic classification,and achieves user traffic prediction using xgboost algorithm.Ultimately,users can get accurate and visualized readable results through simple conditional filtering.It also provides users with custom analysis functions,enabling users to personalize analysis through simple configuration.The system also supports comparative analysis between different analysis modules,and can edit and download the analysis reports.
