Research On Changes And Maintenance Of Archives Protection Ecosystem From The Perspective Of Information Ecology

Archives are the original records produced along with the social practice of human beings.The protection of archives is very important for prolonging the life of archives and preserving the contents of archives.The mission of archives protection is to collect,keep and use all kinds of archives in social practice.With the progress of science and technology,the number of archives,archives orderly management and security protection methods and ideas are also changing.Especially in the computer technology as the core of the digital age,with the core of the era of traditional paper carrier archives protection concepts did a lot of challenges,in the face of the generation of a large number of electronic files,file protection concerns from the physical security to information security,and also protect the ecological environment file,great changes have taken place,form the diversity of the rich content and the participation main body,the process of the characteristics of risk,the influence of the external effect was significant.Information ecology theory is the fusion of information theory and ecology.Archives,as the most original and real information resource,can enrich the content of archives protection theory by using the perspectives of ecology and information ecology and taking the evolution of archives as the outline,re-examining and sorting out the changes of archives protection ecological environment from the perspective of ecology and information ecology.Among them,the most important is to construct the ecological model of archives protection with a concept of sustainable development.It is not only able to cope with the challenges brought by the complex environment to archive protection in the digital age,but also has guiding significance to the future archive protection work.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part is the basic theory of information ecology and the composition of archives protection ecology from this perspective.Firstly,the basic theories of information ecology,including information ecosystem and information ecological chain,are expounded.On the basis of this paper analyzes the correlation between the information ecology and archives,expounds the feasibility of the information ecology theory introduction file protection and ecological information for file protection the guiding significance of ecological building,ecological perspective to analyze the use information research archives protection reasons,then focuses on file to protect ecological elements.The second part is the change of archivesprotection ecology.According to the evolution of the carrier,it can be divided into three times: the pre-paper era,the paper era and the post-paper era.Firstly,it expounds the forms of expression of the components of archives ecology under different historical backgrounds.The third part is the preservation of archives protection ecology.The basic theory of information ecological chain emphasizes the chain relationship between links.In the field of file protection,file protection involves the formation,storage and utilization of three links.From the perspective of information ecological chain,the whole process of file security management is strengthened,including the security protection of paper files.This fully conforms to the life cycle theory to the archival protection work instruction function.In each link,the maintenance strategy is proposed from the composition level of archives protection ecology.
