Research On The Optimization Of The Internet Information Service Of The Guangzhou Library

With the development of information technology,the internet has become an indispensable part of people's life.Since the promulgation and implementation of the Public Library Law of the People's Republic of China,The country pays more and more attention to the construction and application of the internet information service of the public library.The internet information service is an important part of the culture service of library.Under the environment,Guangzhou library strengthens its own internet information service construction and improves the internet information service level.This thesis starts from the following aspects:first,it introduces the general situation of Guangzhou library and the internet information service of Guangzhou library,from the internet information service mode.Based on the content of internet information service and the management of internet information service,this thesis briefly describes the present situation of internet information service mode,management and service content of Guangzhou Library.Secondly,the investigation and research are carried out for the users of Guangzhou library internet information service,and the corresponding questionnaire is designed.This thesis makes a brief analysis of the survey results,and based on the investigation results,from three aspects:the internet information service mode,the internet information service content and the internet information service management.This thesis points out the shortcomings of digital resources in Guangzhou library at present,the service interaction is not strong,the service concept needs to be changed,and the individualized customization is insufficient,and then analyzes these existing problems.Last but not least,this thesis based on the reader's needs and internet information service of Guangzhou Library current situation.It is suggested that the internet information service mode should be optimized from the aspects of promoting the construction of digital resources,perfecting interactive services and improving the utilization rate of resources.From the aspects of innovating management mode,changing service concept,optimizing performance appraisal and so on,optimizing the countermeasures of internet information service management;starting with strengthening mobile internet information service,strengthening personalized user service,strengthening the construction of resource retrieval system,optimizing the content of internet information service.
