| As the New District of Guangzhou City, because of being a district for a relatively short time and very poor public cultural base of service, it is quite difficult for the traditional community libraries to meet the needs of crowds. Aiming at the existing problems and organizational structures of the original community libraries in Luogang District, the paper conducts a deep analysis about some aspects:the business process of the previous management in the library is analyzed in details as well,combining the development of the community library in the new trend, also the new business process of the community’s self-help library management of Luogang District is recombed out. Allowing for what has been demonstrated above, it will be pretty good to promote resource sharing among the community libraries and supply better service for the local public culture.The unified modeling language (UML) in the paper was adopted to decribe and analyse the self-help management system for books of Luogang community of Guangzhou. In addition, by the case analysis and use case description the paper makes the functions such as the reader service function of the system, management function of borrowing and reading on books, management function for books, statistical analysis, system management and remote monitoring and management clear, and it also offers the whole-functional and sub-functional package diagram of the self-help management library of Luogang community in Guangzhou. In data analysis, the paper also analyses the data needed by all the functions of the self-help book management system of the community, shows the relation schema of the entity classes of Luogang Community Library, and builds its database table structures. In short, the design for demands of self-help books management system of Luogang community in Guangzhou will meet the needs of the public culture of Luogang, meanwhile, the availability of the literature resources of the public libraries will be increased. |
