Research Of Process Optimization Of Classified Archive Lending

Classified archives,which refer to archives involving state secrets,are classified into three levels:top secret,secret and confidential,and corresponding measures should be taken.With the rapid rise of China's technology and the constant changes in both international and domestic situation,the circumstances of the secrecy management has also undergone changes and are becoming more and more complicated.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the management of classifed archives and optimize the management process with modern management theories and technologies.Taking the archive-lending process as an example,this paper aims to research and optimize the organization's classified archive management process with theoryies and methods of process management in order to improve efficiency and security.First,the status quo of current process is analyzed,and the defects and deficiencies are found out.Second,an ASME value-adding table is used to analyze the value of each activity in the process.Based on this,the key process is optimized with the ESIA principle(Eliminate,Simplify,Integrate,Automate)and solidified into IT system;Meanwhile,the RFID technology and biometrics technology is applied to accurately identifiy both "objects" and"people";finally,the ASME value-adding table is used again to evaluate the optimized process.After optimization and evaluation,the original process is systematically improved in security and efficiency.
